Our Terms of Sale

This is an outline of our terms of sale. If you have a question which is not answered here, please feel free to e-mail us at sales@papermillbooks.com.

Shipping: We ship all of our books through the U.S. Postal Service. for orders shipped within the U.S., or normal shipping method is Priority Mail, though we do offer shipping by Media Mail (formerly Book Rate). We're happy to ship orders by other methods and with other carriers, but you'll need to let us know about special instructions when you place your order so we can discuss shipping options with you.
We do ship worldwide, and again, you'll need to note that on your order so we can determine some shipping options for surface and airmail.

Our standard rates for most books:
- Domestic (U.S. and APO addresses only): Priority Mail - for most, $5.00 for the first book, $1.50 each additional book - please add $1.00 for zones 5-7 and $2.00 for zones 7-8 as calculated from zip code 15701, Indiana, Pa. (See http://www.usps.gov for zone calculations.)
- International (where served by Global Priority Mail): $10.00 for the first book, $3.00 each additional book
- All other rates will be quoted specifically for your order.
Please note that for substantially over- or under-sized books, we will adjust shipping rates accordingly, and will contact you before billing or shipping if this is an issue with your order.
Payment: We accept the following options for payment:
- Credit Card
  You may choose to make your purchase through our listings at ABE Books, or through a third-party billing system such as PayPal (If you choose PayPal, please use our e-mail address sales@papermillbooks.com there.) We ship within 48 hours of receiving your credit card information, or the posting of payment on PayPal.
- Money Order/Cashier's Check
  We accept domestic and international money orders drawn in U.S. Dollars. We ship within 48 hours of receiving your money order.
- Personal or Business Check
  We're happy to accept your personal or business check. We ship within 7 business days of receiving a check.
Additional Charges
- Gift Wrapping - For $2.00 extra, we're happy to gift wrap your order with our own all-occasional Papermill Books wrapping paper. Please note this at the time of ordering if desired.
- Sales Tax - For orders shipped to addresses in Pennsylvania only, we must add a 6% surcharge on the total amount of your order.
Returns and Refunds - We will issue refunds in cases where you feel the book you received does not match the description as listed. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your book to receive a refund.
